La Pintade was born out of Heidi's imagination since her presence at the School. The poultry, the real one, was already present in her garden. The idea of turning it into an attractive stylized sculpture came naturally to him at first. But the realization required long days of sketching, construction, deconstruction in order to obtain the shape to what we now see today.
